Last updated: June 9, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and O'Hare Limo Service ("we," "us," or "our") for our chauffeured car and limousine transportation to and from Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and throughout Chicagoland, and for your use of this website. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
By accessing this website, requesting a quote, making a reservation, or riding with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's permission) and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you book on behalf of others, you are responsible for ensuring they are aware of and agree to these Terms.
We provide pre-arranged, chauffeured ground transportation — including airport transfers, point-to-point rides, corporate travel, group transportation, and event vehicles. All trips are reserved in advance through our phone line, text, email, or website. We are a pre-arranged car service and not a taxi or on-demand street-hail service.
A reservation is confirmed once we accept it and provide a confirmation. To serve you well, please provide accurate trip details — pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, passenger and luggage count, and, for airport arrivals, your airline and flight number. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide; incorrect details may affect our ability to complete your trip as planned. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation.
Airport trips are offered at a flat rate quoted before booking, based on the vehicle selected and the distance to or from the airport. Quoted flat rates include applicable tollway tolls. Limousines, party buses, and coaches are typically billed hourly with a minimum, quoted per event. Quotes are based on the information you provide; significant changes to your trip (such as added stops, extra distance, a different vehicle, or extended time) may change the price. Rates and sample fares shown on our website are estimates and may vary. See our pricing page for details.
We accept major credit cards, and approved business clients may use a corporate account with monthly billing. Payment is due as arranged at the time of booking or service. Gratuity is not included in quoted fares unless stated; a customary gratuity of 15–20% is appreciated and may be added at your discretion. You are responsible for all charges associated with your reservation, including any approved additional services.
Plans change, and we try to be flexible. Please notify us as early as possible to cancel or modify a reservation by calling or texting 708-289-0488. Cancellation terms may vary by vehicle type and trip — for example, events, large vehicles, and peak dates may have specific requirements — and any applicable terms will be communicated when you book. Last-minute cancellations or changes may not always be accommodated.
For most airport pickups, your chauffeur waits at the free Cell Phone Lot and we include a reasonable grace period for deplaning and baggage at no charge. If you are unable to locate your chauffeur, please contact us right away rather than leaving — we will guide you to the vehicle. A reservation where the passenger does not appear, cannot be reached, and does not cancel may be treated as a no-show. Extended or scheduled wait time beyond the included grace period may be billed at an agreed hourly rate.
When you provide a flight number, we use third-party flight data to monitor your arrival and adjust your pickup. While we make every effort to track flights accurately, we rely on data from airlines and third parties and cannot guarantee its accuracy or availability. Please keep your phone reachable after landing so we can coordinate your pickup.

We may refuse or end service, without refund, for unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior. The person who books is responsible for the conduct of all passengers in the party. Excessive cleaning needs or damage caused by passengers (including spills or sickness) may result in a reasonable cleaning or repair fee.
Please reserve a vehicle appropriate for your luggage; oversized or excess items may require a larger vehicle. We handle your belongings with care, but you are responsible for your personal property. We are not liable for items left in the vehicle; if you leave something behind, contact us promptly and we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return it, and you may be responsible for return shipping or delivery costs.
Child and booster seats are available on request — please tell us your child's age when booking so we can provide and install the appropriate seat. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure children are properly secured. Vehicle seating capacities are maximums and must not be exceeded.
We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road or airport conditions, flight delays or cancellations, accidents, mechanical issues, acts of government, or other events of force majeure. While we plan carefully and build in time, we do not guarantee arrival by an exact minute and are not responsible for missed flights, missed connections, or other consequential losses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We operate as a licensed and insured chauffeured transportation provider, carrying insurance as required for our operations. Nothing in these Terms expands liability beyond what that coverage and applicable law provide.

This website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and images — are owned by or licensed to O'Hare Limo Service and are protected by applicable laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about and book our services. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or use our content for other purposes without our permission, or use the site in any way that is unlawful or could harm its operation.
Our website may link to third-party websites and resources (for example, airport or flight-status information). We provide these for convenience and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
